We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AI Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption and business transformation for our clients. The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in helping organizations understand the business value of AI, develop AI-driven strategies, and implement AI solutions that align with their operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, business strategy, and customer engagement to act as a trusted advisor in AI initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Engage with clients to assess business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and develop AI-driven transformation roadmaps.
- Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct AI readiness assessments, define use cases, and provide strategic recommendations to clients on AI implementation.
- Assist in pre-sales activities by articulating the business value of AI solutions and presenting AI-driven business cases to stakeholders.
- Lead AI workshops and training sessions to educate clients on AI capabilities and industry trends.
- Stay informed about AI regulations, ethical considerations, and governance frameworks to guide clients on responsible AI adoption.
- Develop whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content to position the company as a leader in AI consultancy.
- Monitor AI project implementations to ensure business objectives are met and measure the impact of AI solutions on business performance.
- Act as the primary business liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including data analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or AI strategy consulting.
- Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI adoption.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ability to model and optimize business processes using a formal language (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
- Excellent familiarity with the SDLC and project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
Soft Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
- Strong experience in elicitation of complex business requirements in an enterprise setting
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define and measure AI’s business impact.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements, influence decision-making, and drive AI adoption initiatives.
- Comfort in presenting complex AI concepts in an accessible and compelling way to executive-level audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
