We seek a dynamic and strategic AI Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption and business transformation for our clients. The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in helping organizations understand the business value of AI, develop AI-driven architectures, and implement AI solutions that align with their operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, business strategy, and customer communication.
 

This position requires occasional business trips. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Engage with clients to assess business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and develop AI-driven transformation roadmaps
• Serve as a GenAI architect and become lead AI developer for complex projects ensuring their success from prototype to production
• Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
• Conduct AI readiness assessments, define use cases, and provide strategic recommendations to clients on AI implementation
• Assist in pre-sales activities by articulating the business value of AI solutions and presenting AI-driven business cases to stakeholders
• Stay informed about AI regulations, ethical considerations, and governance frameworks to guide clients on responsible AI adoption

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Extensive experience in AI/ML, deep learning, and cloud-based AI services (on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Langchain, and Hugging Face
• Strong programming skills in Python
• Excellent proficiency with traditional SQL and big data technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing frameworks
• Ability to analyze large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD for AI workflows
• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices, and AI-driven automation solutions.
• Ability to model and optimize business processes using a formal language (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
• Understanding of solution and product development across the whole cycle - from prototype (PoC, MVP) to scalable and secure production
• Excellent familiarity with the SDLC and project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI adoption as well as best security and privacy practices

Soft Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience in elicitation of complex business requirements in an enterprise setting
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, influence decision-making, and drive AI adoption initiatives
• Comfort in presenting complex AI concepts in an accessible and compelling way to executive-level audiences
• Passion for AI-driven innovation and continuous learning
